The infinity pool is large and faces due West, toward the sea and the ever-changing canvas of the sunsets. This large garden offers many mango trees – some huge –  as well as a surplus of other fruit trees to the front and the back of the house…hence the name, Orchard View.

Inside, the large kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of work space for the preparation of anything from a small snack to a full-fledged gourmet feast. The dining area off the kitchen is a screened lanai with plenty of space for large groups.

The road accessing Upper Fern Hill has recently been upgraded making the journey far more comfortable than it once was.  One of the benefits of the higher elevation of this area means that the evenings are a little cooler than in the lowlands – which can be a welcome blessing in the summer months.
